摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于礦用固定帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。首先簡(jiǎn)單的概述了膠帶輸送機(jī)；接著對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的選型原則及計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了分析；接著按照給定參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì)通過這些設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則與計(jì)算選型方法；接著進(jìn)行校核所選擇輸送機(jī)的各主要零部件。普通型帶式輸送機(jī)由六個(gè)主要部件組成：傳動(dòng)裝置、中部機(jī)架、機(jī)尾和導(dǎo)回裝置，拉緊裝置及膠帶。最后對(duì)膠帶輸送機(jī)的安裝與維護(hù)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的說明。對(duì)于目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，膠帶輸送機(jī)正朝著高速度、長(zhǎng)距離、低摩擦的方向發(fā)展，近年來出現(xiàn)的氣墊式膠帶輸送機(jī)就是其中一個(gè)。膠帶輸送機(jī)在制造、設(shè)計(jì)、以及應(yīng)用方面，我國(guó)仍有較大的差距同其他國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平，國(guó)內(nèi)存在很多不足在制造帶式輸送機(jī)的過程中。 本次帶式輸送機(jī)代表了設(shè)計(jì)一般過程，對(duì)今后的選型設(shè)計(jì)工作有一定的參考價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞：帶式輸送機(jī)；選型設(shè)計(jì)；部件；運(yùn)行維護(hù) 2 I I Abstract This graduation design is about mine fixed belt conveyor design.First a simple overview of the belt conveyor; Then the principle of type selection of belt conveyor and calculation methods are analyzed; Then in accordance with the requirements for a given parameter selection of design through these design criteria selection and calculation method; Then the selected this article the main component of the conveyor.
