調(diào)整驅(qū)動滾筒與改向滾筒位置。驅(qū)動滾筒與改向滾筒的調(diào)整是皮帶跑偏調(diào)整的重要環(huán)節(jié)。因為一條皮帶輸送機(jī)至少有2到5個滾筒,所有滾筒的安裝位置必須垂直于皮帶輸送機(jī)長度方向的中心線,若偏斜過大必然發(fā)生跑偏。其調(diào)整方法與調(diào)整托輥組類似。對于頭部滾筒如皮帶向滾筒的右側(cè)跑偏,則右側(cè)的軸承座應(yīng)當(dāng)向前移動,皮帶向滾筒的左側(cè)跑偏,則左側(cè)的軸承座應(yīng)當(dāng)向前移動,相對應(yīng)的也可將左側(cè)軸承座后移或右側(cè)軸承座后移。尾部滾筒的調(diào)整方法與頭部滾筒剛好相反。調(diào)整方法。經(jīng)過反復(fù)調(diào)整直到皮帶調(diào)到較理想的位置。在調(diào)整驅(qū)動或改向滾筒前最好準(zhǔn)確安裝其位置。4. .雙向運行皮帶輸送機(jī)跑偏的調(diào)整。雙向運行的皮帶輸送機(jī)皮帶跑偏的調(diào)整比單向皮帶輸送機(jī)跑偏的調(diào)整相對要困難許多,在具體調(diào)整時應(yīng)先調(diào)整某一個方向,然后調(diào)整另外一個方向。調(diào)整時要仔細(xì)觀察皮帶運動方向與跑偏趨勢的關(guān)系,逐個進(jìn)行調(diào)整。重點應(yīng)放在驅(qū)動滾筒和改向滾筒的調(diào)整上,其次是托輥的調(diào)整與物料的落料點的調(diào)整。同時應(yīng)注意皮帶在硫化接頭時應(yīng)使皮帶斷面長度方向上的受力均勻,在采用導(dǎo)鏈牽引時兩側(cè)的受力盡可能地相等。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀:中國生產(chǎn)制造的帶式輸送機(jī)的品種、類型較多。在“八五”期間,通過國家一條龍“日產(chǎn)萬噸綜采設(shè)備”項目的實施,帶式輸送機(jī)的技術(shù)水平有了很大提高,煤礦井下用大功率、長距離帶式輸送機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)都取得了很大的進(jìn)步。如大傾角長距離帶式輸送機(jī)成套設(shè)備、高產(chǎn)高效工作面順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)等均填補了國內(nèi)空白,并對帶式輸送機(jī)的減低關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其主要元部件進(jìn)行了理論研究和產(chǎn)品開發(fā),研制成功了多種軟起動和制動裝置以及以PLC為核心的可編程電控裝置,驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)采用調(diào)速型液力偶合器和行星齒輪減速器。
