摘 要
拖拉機(jī)變速箱要求有足夠的排擋數(shù),各檔的傳動(dòng)比應(yīng)與要求的傳動(dòng)速度相適應(yīng),使拖拉機(jī)有較高的生產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。要有空檔便于停車;換擋方便,并能防止同時(shí)掛檔兩檔,防止自行掛檔和自行脫檔;而且結(jié)構(gòu)越簡(jiǎn)單越好。
本文闡述了拖拉機(jī)變速箱的齒輪、軸等零件的設(shè)計(jì)與校核。本設(shè)計(jì)利用4×2的換擋方式實(shí)現(xiàn)速度的改變。針對(duì)平面出圖問題,我利用Solid Edge建模在投影的設(shè)計(jì)思想,直接形象的看到變速箱的模型。把計(jì)算出的所需參數(shù),如齒輪中心距、齒輪齒寬、軸長度和直徑等數(shù)據(jù)就可以畫出零件的基本造型。再將所有零件立體圖進(jìn)行裝配就可以得到變速箱的立體圖形,將其進(jìn)行平面視圖投影,就可以得到裝配圖的基本造型。
該拖拉機(jī)的行駛參數(shù)如下:最低速度為2.12km/h的爬行檔或最高速度為28.12km/h的高速運(yùn)輸檔(8+2),供選裝。爬行檔裝置,速度0.41-1.36km/h。這里爬行檔為2檔,爬行機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置在副變速箱中,并用離合器改變爬行與正常行駛的切換。倒檔是通過惰性齒輪改變軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向?qū)崿F(xiàn)的。

Abstract

This paper describes the design and checking of tractor transmission gear, shaft and other parts of the. This design using 4 × 2 shift mode to realize the speed change. The plane drawing problems, we propose Solid Edge modeling using the design thought of projection, and see transmission model is the direct image. The required parameters are calculated, such as gear center distance, tooth width of gear, shaft length and diameter data can draw the basic shape of parts. Then all parts stereogram assembly can get three-dimensional graphics gearbox, the plane view, you can get the basic shape of the assembly drawing.
