摘要 果蔬加工作為一種新興食品工業(yè)產(chǎn)品正在國內(nèi)興起，由于其具有自然、新鮮、衛(wèi)生和方便等特點(diǎn)，正日益受到消費(fèi)者喜愛。但我國，果蔬加工機(jī)械卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)滯后于發(fā)展需求，并且價(jià)格昂貴。由此我們研制了多功能果蔬加工機(jī)，一機(jī)多用，取代了部分功能單一、效率低下、價(jià)格昂貴的進(jìn)口機(jī)械。傳動系統(tǒng)作為機(jī)器的重要部分，其好壞關(guān)系到果蔬切片、切丁的成品質(zhì)量和工作效率等問題。進(jìn)行傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，確定推進(jìn)器、圓盤刀軸、條刀軸之間的運(yùn)動參數(shù)，為適應(yīng)不同物料切削，提供不同的速度及動力，使之能夠達(dá)到對塊根狀及葉菜狀果蔬進(jìn)行切片、絲、丁等規(guī)格形狀的加工。同時(shí)應(yīng)用新科技，采用先進(jìn)的數(shù)字調(diào)速電機(jī)，省去復(fù)雜的變速機(jī)構(gòu)與調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)。試驗(yàn)表明，該設(shè)備出成率、效率達(dá)到進(jìn)口機(jī)械水平，價(jià)格較進(jìn)口設(shè)備降低50%以上，可填補(bǔ)此類機(jī)械的國內(nèi)空白，取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。

Abstract As one new kind of food industry product in the homeland, fruit vegetables have being fond of gradually by the consumer because they are natural, fresh, convenient. But in our country, fruit vegetables process machinery stagnates over later than need of development, and the price is expensive. So, we have been developing the multifunctional fruit vegetables processing machine to replace the part function single , poor efficiency , expensive price entrance machinery. Drive system is one kind of important parts of machine, its function is good or not will relate to the product mass.At the same time, it applies the new science, it adopts the advanced electrical machinery in cutting, and it omits the organization of the complicated transformation speed and adjustment. Experiment and Proved, price of equipment can reduce 50%, Compared with imported equipment, the rate of finished product and efficient can reach level of imported machine. It can stuff national blank of this kind of machine. It has obtained the good economic results and science utility.
