摘要 橫軸式掘進機的總體方案設(shè)計對于整機的性能起著決定性的作用。因此，根據(jù)掘進機的用途、作業(yè)情況及制造條件合理選擇機型，并正確確定各部結(jié)構(gòu)型式。這對于實現(xiàn)整機的各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)、保證機器的工作性能具有重要意義。 本設(shè)計是關(guān)于橫軸式掘進機總體方案設(shè)計及液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，通過查閱書籍對掘進機進行了進一步的了解。設(shè)計第一部分介紹了橫軸式掘進機的主要組成部分，包括截割機構(gòu)、裝載機構(gòu)、行走機構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)運機構(gòu)四大部分。對各個機構(gòu)的組成、分類、各類型的優(yōu)缺點以及選擇方式進行了說明，并對其主要參數(shù)進行了設(shè)計計算和校核。最后通過各個機構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)進行了總體的校核驗算。第二部分對液壓系統(tǒng)的定義及組成進行了簡要概述，對各機構(gòu)的液壓缸、泵、馬達進行了設(shè)計計算和選型，對所選型號的元件也同樣進行了校驗，結(jié)果滿足條件。?? 關(guān)鍵詞：橫軸式；液壓缸；泵；馬達； Abstract Overall design of horizontal shaft type machine for the performance of the whole machine plays a decisive role.
