年產(chǎn)2.5萬噸鎂鉻磚生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計
摘 要
以鎂砂和鉻礦為主要原料制造鎂鉻系耐火材料在近70年的發(fā)展歷程中,首先在鋼鐵工業(yè)方面,然后在玻璃,水泥等行業(yè)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上廣為采用,成為了最重要的堿性耐火材料。
鎂鉻磚是堿性耐火制品,以鎂鉻尖晶石和方鎂石為主晶相,在氧化氣氛中于1600攝氏度到1800攝氏度燒成,也可用水玻璃等化學(xué)結(jié)合劑制成不燒磚,主要包括半再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚、直接結(jié)合鎂鉻磚及普通鎂鉻磚等。其中普通鎂鉻磚抗堿性爐渣侵蝕性強、耐火度高、高溫結(jié)構(gòu)強度高、熱震穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良。
本設(shè)計的主要產(chǎn)品為普通鎂鉻磚,其中MGe-12的年產(chǎn)量為10000噸,MGe-8的年產(chǎn)量為15000噸。
本設(shè)計敘述了鎂鉻磚耐火材料的使用條件和生產(chǎn)工藝?yán)碚摶A(chǔ),輔助原料的要求、加工處理的方法、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝流程、物料的平衡計算結(jié)果、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備選型計算及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)檢查系說明和本設(shè)計的主要特點。

Design of 25000 tons magnesium-chromium brick’s workshop
Abstract
The refractory material plays a role in surfing in the development of the steel making.With the gradual development of the metallurgical trade, the refractory material craft has got constant development, the result of study asserts the Mg-Cr department material has function of that other materials can’t be compared, combine magnesium chromium quality directly ,half combine Mg-Cr quality, etc. Alkaline material can raise the lining durability again, it is a concise extremely good material outside a stove .
The chromium refractory material of magnesium is the fire-resistant products taking MgO-CrO as composition, half-bond Mg-Cr brick, combine Mg-Cr brick and common Mg-Cr brick. One common basic slag magnesia chrome brick anti-corrosion resistance, high refractoriness, high temperature structural strength, excellent thermal shock resistance.
Product of this design of Mg-Cr12 brick and Mg-Cr8 brick which be product 25000tons in one year.
Originally design conclude of the Mg-Cr brick refractory material and theoretical foundation of the production technology, requirement for raw materials,process the method , the production technological process, supplies of the products balance calculation of raw-materials, selecting and calculating of equipment and production technology, inspection system of production, and main characteristic of my design.
