年產4.2萬噸直接結合鎂鉻磚生產車間設計
摘 要
鎂鉻磚礫隸屬于堿性耐火制品，其是以方鎂石和鎂鉻尖晶石為主晶相，在氧化氣氛中于1600-1800℃煅燒而成，其主要包括直接結合鎂鉻磚、半再結合鎂鉻磚、電熔再結合鎂鉻磚以及普通鎂鉻磚等。其中的直接結合鎂鉻磚，采用部分或全部高純砂（電熔合成砂）為原料，精細配料、高壓成型、超高溫煅燒，顆粒結合程度好，產品強度高，體積穩(wěn)定性好。
本設計的產品是直接結合鎂鉻磚，其中MGe-12,MGe-8磚的產量各為21000噸，總產量共42000噸。本設計是根據我在遼寧省青花集團的實習經驗和游杰剛導師的耐心指導來完成的。

The Design of 42,000 Tons of Semi-combined With Magnesium Chrome Brick, Burned Magnesia Brick Production Workshop
Abstract
Magnesite chrome brick belongs to alkaline refractory products, Israel stone of magnesium and magnesium chromium spinel phase, from 1600-1600 ℃ in the oxidizing atmosphere firing, mainly including direct combination of magnesite chrome brick, half combining magnesite chrome brick, fused combining magnesite chrome brick, and common magnesia chrome brick, etc. Including the direct combination of magnesite chrome brick, the use of some or all of the high purity sand fuse into a sand (electric) as raw material, fine ingredients, high pressure molding, super high temperature calcining, particle degree good, the product high strength, volume stability is good. The design of the main products are directly combined magnesite chrome brick, the output of 21000 tons of MGe - 12, MGe - 8 brick production of 21000 tons. This design according to my internship experience in blue group in liaoning province and YouJie just mentors.
