——酒精回收塔的設計
摘 要:鄰甲苯胺是重要化工產(chǎn)品。本文簡單介紹了鄰甲苯胺的性質(zhì)、用途、主要生產(chǎn)方法、市場前景及發(fā)展趨勢,設計了年產(chǎn)1000噸鄰甲苯胺工藝生產(chǎn)。以甲苯、混酸為原料,經(jīng)硝化、水洗、連續(xù)精餾、加氫還原、精制后得鄰甲基苯胺。我主要負責酒精回收塔的設計,根據(jù)物料衡算和熱量衡算結果,確定了酒精回收塔的工藝參數(shù)、類型及特征尺寸。并對酒精回收塔進行了流力學和熱力學的核算,結果表明所設計的多酒精回收塔符合要求。

___The design of the alcohol recovery tower
Abstract: O-toluidine is an important product of chemical industry. Its natures, uses, main production methods, market prospect and the trend of development were introduced in this paper. The process design of industrial grade o-toluidine of 1,000 tons per year was explored. Toluene and mixed acid as raw materials, by nitrification, washing, continuous distillation, hydrogenation reduction, then o-toluidine was got. I was mainly responsible for the design of alcohol recovery tower. According to the material and heat balance calculations, technological parameters, type and characteristic dimension of alcohol recovery tower were determined. At the same time, the flow resistance and energetics of each alcohol recovery tower were checked. The result showed that the alcohol recovery tower designed could meet requirements.
