摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)分析消音器前蓋沖壓工藝, 確定工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu), 論述了級(jí)進(jìn)模的設(shè)計(jì)過程, 同時(shí)還介紹了模具關(guān)鍵部位的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，如：凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、墊板、卸料板、彈簧、擋料銷、導(dǎo)正銷等。模架采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架，選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)工作零件和壓力機(jī)規(guī)格均進(jìn)行了必要的校核計(jì)算, 實(shí)踐證明:模具結(jié)構(gòu)合理,生產(chǎn)的零件符合要求。

The pould frame uses the standard pould frame, has selected the appropriate ramming equipment. In the design carried on the essential examination computation to the work components and the press specification, the practice had proven: The mold structure is reasonable, the production components meet the requirement.
