摘 要
垃圾再生煤是一種新型綠色能源,它具有容易燃燒,火力猛,燃燒完全和排污少的特點(diǎn)。是一種很好的燃料。中國(guó)現(xiàn)在能源利用中,煤占有很大一部分比例。垃圾再生煤可以運(yùn)用到居民日常生活,工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,運(yùn)用前景廣泛。
本文根據(jù)垃圾煤生產(chǎn)線上對(duì)垃圾煤成型擠出機(jī)的工作要求,設(shè)計(jì)出一種可行的擠出機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu),主要工作包括:
進(jìn)行擠出機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案論證,設(shè)計(jì)可行擠出結(jié)構(gòu)方案。繪制擠出機(jī)部件的機(jī)構(gòu)裝配圖,主要零件的零件圖。進(jìn)行有關(guān)理論分析和計(jì)算,以滿足強(qiáng)度和使用要求。
分析工作動(dòng)力要求,選擇合適的原動(dòng)機(jī)及減速機(jī)。
編制關(guān)鍵零件的加工工藝卡。對(duì)擠出機(jī)機(jī)中關(guān)鍵部位的零件編制加工工藝卡,可以了解其加工工藝過(guò)程,方便加工制造。用三圍軟件UG完成部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
本次擠出機(jī)采用了葉輪擠壓式原理,包含有減速箱的設(shè)計(jì),擠出機(jī)頭的設(shè)計(jì),箱體和機(jī)筒的設(shè)計(jì)。擠壓部采用螺旋結(jié)構(gòu),擠壓部螺旋軸采用懸臂式設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)筒的結(jié)構(gòu)采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)并內(nèi)裝襯套減少物料對(duì)機(jī)筒摩擦。并在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行重要零件的校核,確保其的可行性。
