摘 要
塑料模具的發(fā)展是隨著塑料工業(yè)的發(fā)展而發(fā)展的。近年業(yè),人們對各種設(shè)備和用品輕量化要求越來越高,這就為塑料制品提供了更為廣闊的市場。
本設(shè)計對 “洗衣機管接頭”進(jìn)行研究和討論,分析了其工藝特點,介紹其注射模結(jié)構(gòu)及模具的工作過程,系統(tǒng)闡述了注射模設(shè)計過程,對洗衣機管接頭塑料制件結(jié)構(gòu)和成型工藝進(jìn)行分析,主要包括成型位置及分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)的確定及型腔的排列,流道布局和澆口位置的選擇,模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,推出機構(gòu)的設(shè)計,拉料桿的形式選擇,排氣方式設(shè)計等,并對鎖模力、注射壓力、開模行程等進(jìn)行校核,以及模具零件材料的選擇和制造進(jìn)行了分析。
本設(shè)計方案結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,滿足制品大批量生產(chǎn)、高精度、外形復(fù)雜的要求,設(shè)計參考了以往注射模具的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合制件性能,簡化設(shè)計機構(gòu),并且運用AutoCAD、Solidwork等軟件進(jìn)行二維和三維繪圖,縮短了生產(chǎn)周期,獲得良好的經(jīng)濟性能。

Abstract
The plastic mold's development is develops along with the plastics industry development. In recent years, the people were getting higher and higher request to lightweight of each kind of equipment and the thing, this has provided a broader market for the plastic products.
The design of the "washing machine pipe" to carry out research and discussion, and analysis of the characteristics of its technology to introduce the structure of injection mold and die work processes, systems on the process of injection mold design, plastic fittings for washing machine parts structure and forming process analysis, including the location and the molding surface of choice, to determine the number of mold cavity and the cavity flow arrangement and the layout and the choice of gate location, the work of parts of the structure of mold design, the introduction of institutional design, drawing materials under the form of options, such as exhaust design.
The compact design to meet the mass production of products, high-precision, complex shape designed with reference to past experience in injection mold design, combined with performance parts to simplify the design and use of AutoCAD, solidwork software, such as two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphics and shortened the production cycle, access to good economic performance.
