摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)研究的是煤礦中應(yīng)用的支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架和液壓支架的底座設(shè)計(jì)。支撐掩護(hù)式液壓支架在煤炭行業(yè)是一種重要的支護(hù)設(shè)備，液壓支架是綜采工作面支護(hù)設(shè)備，它的主要用途是支撐煤層的頂部，保證大范圍的通風(fēng)，推移工作配套設(shè)備。 液壓支架主要是以高壓液體作動(dòng)力、由液壓元件（液壓缸和液壓閥）與金屬構(gòu)件組成一種支撐和管理頂板的自移式設(shè)備，它不僅能實(shí)現(xiàn)支撐、切頂和隔離采空區(qū)，而且還能使支架本身前移和推動(dòng)輸送機(jī)。 底座是支架的主要部件，頂板的載荷通過支架傳遞給底座。液壓支架的四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)包括底座。支架通過底座和推移的機(jī)構(gòu)連接來使配套設(shè)備的移動(dòng)。底座的結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為分式鉸接底座和鋼性底座。 關(guān)鍵詞：液壓支架；立柱；底座；連桿。 I Abstract This design research is used in coal mine support screen type hydraulic support and the base of the hydraulic support design. Support screen type hydraulic support in coal industry is an important supporting device, hydraulic support is the fully mechanized coal face supporting equipment, its main purpose is to support the top of the coal seam, to ensure a wide range of ventilation and goes on working equipment. Hydraulic support is the high pressure liquid as dynamic, dominated by hydraulic components (hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve) and metal component of a roof support and management of the move type equipment, it can not only realize support, cut the top and isolation of mined-out area, but also can make the reach the stents themselves and promote the conveyor. Base is a major part of the stent, the roof load by stent is passed to the base. Four bar linkage includes base of hydraulic support. Stent through the base and connected to form a complete set of equipment of the mobile. The structure of the base is divided into fraction base hinged and rigid base.
