摘 要：甲醛作為一種基礎(chǔ)化工產(chǎn)品，一直都有著廣泛的需求市場(chǎng)。本文在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，選擇用銀催化劑進(jìn)行了年產(chǎn)5萬(wàn)噸甲醇氧化制甲醛的工藝設(shè)計(jì)，探討了由甲醇氧化合成甲醛的具體工藝路線和條件、主要工段具體的物料衡算與能量衡算。

Annual output of 50,000 tons of formaldehyde in the production process design
Abstract: As a basical chemical products, formaldehyde has been always demand for a broad market. In this paper, based on a lot of reading, choosed silver as the catalysts to design the technology of the annual output of 50,000 tons of methanol oxidation to formaldehyde, I explored the specific process routes and the conditions, the main section in the specific mass balance and energy balance.
