摘 要
煤礦帶式輸送機(jī)從它誕生以來，歷經(jīng)幾百年的不斷完善及改進(jìn)，現(xiàn)已進(jìn)入冶金，煤炭，化工，礦山等各行各業(yè)之中。其機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，容易操作，輸送物料的范圍廣，輸送量大，運(yùn)距較長(zhǎng)，對(duì)線路適應(yīng)性也強(qiáng)，裝卸料十分方便，可靠性高，營(yíng)運(yùn)費(fèi)低廉，基建投資省，耗能低，效率高，維修費(fèi)少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
根據(jù)初始數(shù)據(jù)和相應(yīng)計(jì)算，本次選型設(shè)計(jì)為DX型鋼絲繩芯式帶式輸送機(jī)，其采用機(jī)頭雙滾筒驅(qū)動(dòng)，在保證滾筒不發(fā)生打滑的前提下，來完成傳遞較大的功率，使各部分正常運(yùn)行，降低輸送帶的張力和提高膠帶輸送機(jī)的使用壽命。本次選型設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)初始數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)，依此算出膠帶輸送機(jī)的受力情況和其他部件的參數(shù)，進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì)。本次選型設(shè)計(jì)采用分配，得出尾部張力最小，根據(jù)布置原則，張緊裝置一般布置在輸送帶張力最小處，所以本文采用重載車式張緊裝置進(jìn)行張緊。如今，帶式輸送機(jī)正向長(zhǎng)距離、高帶速、大功率、大運(yùn)量的大型化自動(dòng)化方向發(fā)展，使其在煤炭行業(yè)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。

The design is DX model core type belt conveyer of wire rope, the machine header adopts two cylinder drives ,in guarantee cylinder do not occur the prerequisite with slippery dozen transmit greater power, reduce raising the tension of belt conveyer and improve service life. The selection and design of the distribution, draw the tail tension minimum according to the principle of layout, tensioning device is generally arranged in conveying belt tension minimum. Therefore, this paper uses heavy truck type tensioning device for tensioning. Today, belt conveyor forward to a long distance, high belt speed, large power, large volume of large-scale automation development, so that it is widely used in the coal industry.
