畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）摘 要專用機(jī)床銑削頭 ZX32 的設(shè)計(jì)為了滿足機(jī)械制造業(yè)日益廣闊的各種使用要求，機(jī)床品種的發(fā)展與日俱增，各種高效率自動(dòng)化機(jī)床、精密機(jī)床以及適應(yīng)加工特殊形狀和特殊材料需要的專用機(jī)床不斷發(fā)展。銑削頭是專用機(jī)床的重要部件，研究銑削頭的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算具有重要意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)專用機(jī)床銑削頭 ZX32 傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，確定了結(jié)構(gòu)型式及傳動(dòng)比，完成了銑削頭齒輪傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)及軸的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及力學(xué)計(jì)算，初算傳動(dòng)軸的直徑、齒輪的模數(shù)；確定銑削頭尺寸及設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)路線。驗(yàn)算傳動(dòng)軸的直徑，齒輪模數(shù)，并驗(yàn)算主軸的剛度。完成了銑削頭結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，繪制了完整的圖紙。本課題研究能為相應(yīng)的機(jī)床銑削頭動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。關(guān)鍵詞：專用機(jī)床 銑削頭 齒輪傳動(dòng) 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）ABSTRACTSpecial Machine Milling Head ZX32 DesignIn order to meet the various requirements of the increasingly wide use of machinery manufacturing industry, the development of machine varieties growing, all kinds of high automation tool, precision machine tools and adapt to the special machine needs special shape and special material development.
