升降器優(yōu)化
汽車用玻璃升降器的關鍵是導向槽問題。導向槽的功能是使車窗玻璃上下運動時,能在垂直、前后及左右方向上保證導向作用;一般用金屬、毛氈或橡膠制成。上述試驗方法雖然考慮了導軌摩擦等多種因素,但與各種汽車用玻璃升降器的實際運動軌跡仍有差異,也缺少相應的換算方法。如夏利、華利車用玻璃升降器,其升降運動軌跡均為大半徑圓弧(R1250mm.2500mm)。夏利車的車窗玻璃安裝在舉升臂托架上,車窗玻璃在升降運動中,是利用托架內(nèi)的凹槽與滾輪軸軸向間隙,來不斷調(diào)整托架角度,以適應車窗玻璃在導向槽內(nèi)的上下運動,因此實際工況與試驗臺上模擬的工況是有出入的。為了使試驗要求貼近實際工況,通過近百個樣件的對比試驗,采用統(tǒng)計與分析方法,找到了適宜的相關系數(shù),是生產(chǎn)的各種玻璃升降器能與各種車型的車門門窗匹配,即保證了產(chǎn)品性能質(zhì)量,也提高了試驗臺的實用價值。
由于臂式玻璃升降器制造工藝相對簡單,成本低,目前我國80%左右的汽車玻璃升降器采用臂式玻璃升降器。而柔式玻璃升降器從平穩(wěn)性、運動阻力來說大大優(yōu)于前者結構更緊湊,且安裝和布置都較為方便,但目前我國關于柔式升降器尚無正式的國家標準。
軟軸式玻璃升降器在世界各種中高檔車輛特別是轎車上已被大量采用,是一種比較先進的玻璃升降器。近年來國內(nèi)的引進汽車產(chǎn)品,如重汽斯泰爾、北京切諾基和南京依維柯等均采用這種升降器。目前已在國內(nèi)一些汽配廠如北京汽車玻璃升降器廠、南汽隨車工具廠、四川汽車廠附件廠等完成了有關軟軸式玻璃升降器的生產(chǎn)工藝的技術開發(fā)(引進),可提供國產(chǎn)化產(chǎn)品。隨著其批量化生產(chǎn)水平的提高,亦可用于替代臂式玻璃升降器。
由于汽車結構布局設計、制造成本、制造技術的要求,手動推拉式的車窗調(diào)整機構仍為許多車輛采用。目前臂式及手動(機械式)玻璃升降器為主要使用類型,柔式玻璃升降器的應用尚限于引進車型,而電動式玻璃升降器應用較少。
電動玻璃升降器在國外中高檔車上應用已很普通,由于其結構復雜、成本高、且國內(nèi)小型電機產(chǎn)品性能不穩(wěn)定,故目前在我國汽車產(chǎn)品中應用尚少??梢灶A見,隨著我國汽車設計、制造水平的提高,電動玻璃升降器將越來越多地應用于汽車產(chǎn)品。
