I摘 要本設(shè)計是基于連桿螺釘零件的加工工藝規(guī)程及一些工序的專用夾具設(shè)計。連桿螺釘零件的主要加工表面是外圓及孔系。一般來說，保證平面的加工精度要比保證孔系的加工精度容易。因此，本設(shè)計遵循先面后孔的原則。并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段以保證孔系加工精度。主要加工工序安排是先以支承孔系定位加工出頂平面，在后續(xù)工序中除個別工序外均用頂平面和工藝孔定位加工其他孔系與平面。夾具選用專用夾具，夾緊方式多選用手動夾緊，夾緊可靠，機(jī)構(gòu)可以不必自鎖。因此生產(chǎn)效率較高。適用于大批量、流水線上加工。能夠滿足設(shè)計要求。關(guān)鍵詞：連桿螺釘類零件；工藝；夾具；IIABSTRACTThe design is based on the body parts of the processing order of the processes and some special fixture design.
