螺旋輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展，螺旋輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛，但由于具體工作環(huán)境的不同，對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)的密封性要求也不一樣。本文通過(guò)對(duì)不同方案的對(duì)比，從經(jīng)濟(jì)性、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊性和實(shí)用性的角度出發(fā)選擇了一種最佳方案。然后就對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)性能影響較大的兩個(gè)部分，即減速器和螺旋軸作了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明，并對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)的密封和潤(rùn)滑作了簡(jiǎn)要的說(shuō)明。最終設(shè)計(jì)出了一種主要用于輸送水泥、密封性好、工作安全、效率高、工作壽命長(zhǎng)，且能在輸送過(guò)程種對(duì)水泥進(jìn)行攪拌的優(yōu)質(zhì)螺旋輸送機(jī)。

Design of screw conveyor
ABSTRACT
With the development of the industry, the flexible screw conveyors are used more and more widespread, but because the concrete working conditions are different, so the leak-proof requests of spiral conveyer are different too. Through different plan contrast, This article has chosen one kind of perfect plan considering the efficiency, structure compact and the usable angle embarked. Then explaned two major parts- the reducting gear and the screw shaft detailedly that have large affects on the flexible screw conveyer’ performance, and has given the brief explanation to the flexible screw conveyer’s seal and lubrication. At last ,a high quality flexible screw conveyor was desiganed out,which is primarily used to transport the cement, seal completely , work safely, have high efficiency and long work life, and can proceeds the cement during the course of transporting.
