簡(jiǎn)易吊車(chē)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名：指導(dǎo)老師：摘要：本課題的目的就是設(shè)計(jì)一簡(jiǎn)易吊車(chē)來(lái)代替人力實(shí)現(xiàn)重物的搬運(yùn)。該吊車(chē)的工作原理是：由電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)帶輪傳動(dòng)和一對(duì)開(kāi)式齒輪傳動(dòng)，將運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力傳給卷筒，再通過(guò)鋼絲繩和滑輪組來(lái)提升重物。通過(guò)任務(wù)書(shū)中的條件參數(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)，選擇鋼絲繩的種類(lèi)和型號(hào)，進(jìn)而計(jì)算出卷筒和滑輪的直徑，確定一些其它的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算，完成其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，工作主要包括完成了軸的設(shè)計(jì)、確定了帶輪的結(jié)構(gòu)、齒輪的結(jié)構(gòu)、卷筒的結(jié)構(gòu)、滑輪的結(jié)構(gòu) 、伸臂桿和支撐桿的結(jié)構(gòu)，繪制了繪制了吊車(chē)的總裝配圖、制動(dòng)輪裝置和卷筒裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)圖，完成部分零件工作圖的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞：簡(jiǎn)易吊車(chē) 設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 指導(dǎo)老師簽名：Simple design of the cable carStudent’s name: Class: Supervisor: Abstract: The purpose of this project is to design a simple realization of the cable car to replace the human handling of heavy weights.
