滾齒機(jī)外支架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)摘要:齒輪加工機(jī)床是一種技術(shù)含量高且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的機(jī)床,外支架是機(jī)床的重要部件。外支架在機(jī)床的一側(cè),其中包含了后立柱、橫梁、活動(dòng)支架及部分傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),活動(dòng)支架連接著傳動(dòng)箱。外支架固定在工作臺(tái)殼體上,它上面有燕尾型導(dǎo)軌。支承工件心軸的支臂,可沿導(dǎo)軌移動(dòng)。支臂上有一專用手柄供支臂夾緊在支架上之用。當(dāng)使用外支架時(shí)超過(guò)其最大加工直徑時(shí),就應(yīng)取下外支架,才可加工。主電機(jī)開(kāi)動(dòng)后,活動(dòng)支架進(jìn)行位置的調(diào)整,使工件保持在最佳位置。活動(dòng)支架要考慮其結(jié)構(gòu)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的活動(dòng)支架安裝好后不能與其他的零部件干涉。后立柱及橫梁的設(shè)計(jì)要使該部分保持一定的平穩(wěn)性。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,要考慮到運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力的要求,還要注意不能使結(jié)構(gòu)太臃腫。設(shè)計(jì)出的外支架能使機(jī)床滿足強(qiáng)度、剛度及其壽命、工藝性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面的要求;使機(jī)床運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),工件可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,便于裝卸、維修與調(diào)整,最后能滿足加工要求,保證加工精度。關(guān)鍵詞:滾齒機(jī);活動(dòng)支架;后立柱;橫梁Structural Design of Outer Support System of the Gear-hobbing MachineAbstract: The gear finishing lathe is one kind of technical content high also the structure complex engine bed, the outer support is the engine bed important part.
