哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)華德應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)I摘 要論文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外幾款車(chē)型的總布置數(shù)據(jù)積累和分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有車(chē)型的實(shí)際布置經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)車(chē)身內(nèi)部布置的基本原則、過(guò)程、方法及人機(jī)工程學(xué)在車(chē)身內(nèi)部布置中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行總結(jié)和研究。通過(guò)運(yùn)用車(chē)身總布置工具如人體模型、眼橢圓、頭廓包絡(luò)線及頭廓包絡(luò)面、駕駛員手伸及界面等,討論了人機(jī)工程與駕駛員視野、乘坐舒適性、安全性、操縱性、上下方便性之間的關(guān)系,然后將上述理論應(yīng)用于新車(chē)內(nèi)部布置設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際過(guò)程,從新車(chē)設(shè)計(jì)的具體要求出發(fā),結(jié)合人機(jī)工程學(xué)的方法較好的完成了新車(chē)型車(chē)身內(nèi)部布置。最后運(yùn)用車(chē)身總布置工具對(duì)整車(chē)視野、室內(nèi)空間及操縱性如人體舒適性、風(fēng)窗玻璃刮掃區(qū)域、A 柱障礙角及儀表視野等進(jìn)行了校核并分析。關(guān)鍵詞:車(chē)身總布置工具;人機(jī)工程學(xué) 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)華德應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)IIAbstractThe thesis,through always assigning the data to accumulate and analyze to several domestic and international styles,the reality of combining the existing style is assigned experience, summarize to the basic principle, course, method and application in assigning within the automobile body of man-machine engineering that assign within the automobile body and research. Through use automobile body assign tool such as dummy always, eyes oval, head wide bag hold in place with a net line and head wide bag hold surface, driver hand stretch and interface,etc. in place with a net,visual field of discussion ergonomic and driver, taking the comfortableness,security, handling,relation among upper and lower conveniences,then apply theory described above to the new car's fixing up the real course designed,proceed from concrete requirement that the new car is designed,assign within the completion new style automobile body with better method to combine man-machine engineering. Use the automobile body to always assign the tool to the visual field of completed car finally,indoor space and person who handle if human comfortableness, wind windowpane blow,sweep area,A column obstacle corner and instrument visual field,etc. check the analysis of combining.
