畢業(yè)設(shè)計:HWT200-1100減速器機(jī)蓋加工工藝規(guī)程編制及夾具設(shè)計摘 要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是“機(jī)蓋工藝規(guī)程及鉆床夾具設(shè)計”,其主要任務(wù)有兩項:第一項是箱體零件加工工藝規(guī)程的設(shè)計;第二項是箱體零件工裝夾具的設(shè)計。在工藝規(guī)程的設(shè)計中,首先要繪制出圖紙,然后在對對零件進(jìn)行分析,明白此零件的用途以及型號、和它的廣泛使用場合、根據(jù)生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)、零件材料及其它要求來確定毛坯的制造形式;其次根據(jù)基準(zhǔn)選擇原則進(jìn)行粗基準(zhǔn)和精基準(zhǔn)的選擇,然后擬定工藝加工路線,通過綜合比較與分析確定最終工藝方案;最后進(jìn)行機(jī)械加工余量、工序尺寸、毛坯尺寸、切 用量及基本工 的確定。在工裝夾具 分的設(shè)計中,首先是定 方案的確定,根據(jù) 工序的加工 合 的選擇定 基準(zhǔn) 進(jìn)行 分析;其次根據(jù)加工 進(jìn)行切 的計 。綜合以 設(shè)計合 的夾 方案 計 夾 ,最后進(jìn)行夾具體設(shè)計。: 減速器; 工藝規(guī)程; 工裝夾具AbstractThe graduation design topic is “the machine cover technological process and the design of drilling jig“, its main task two: the first is to design procedures process parts processing; the second is the design of box parts fixture.In the design process, first of all to draw out the drawings, and then on the analysis of parts, the parts that use and models, and widely used, its accordingto production plan, material and other requirements to determine the manufactureof blank forms; its root according to the benchmark selection principle of coarse and fine reference base choice, then develop processing route, final process through comprehensive comparison and analysis; determine the final machining allowance, process size, blank size, the amount of cutting and the basic working hours.Design of fixture part in work, is to determine the first positioning scheme,according to the selected location processing procedures of the reason able standard and error analysis; calculation of the cutting force according to the processing characteristics.
