祁東煤礦1.2Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為祁東礦1.2Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)。祁東礦位于安徽省宿州市東南,交通便利。井田走向(東西)長(zhǎng)約9.2km,傾向(南北)長(zhǎng)約5.0km,井田總面積約35.4km2。主采煤層為61#煤,傾角10~15°,平均14°。煤層平均厚度為3.6 m。井田地質(zhì)條件較為簡(jiǎn)單。
井田工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為122.02Mt,礦井可采儲(chǔ)量98.6Mt。礦井服務(wù)年限為63.21a,涌水量不大,礦井正常涌水量為234m3/h,最大涌水量為360m3/h。礦井相對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為12.76 m3/t,為高瓦斯礦井。
井田為立井兩水平開(kāi)拓。大巷采用膠帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)運(yùn)煤,輔助運(yùn)輸采用礦車(chē)運(yùn)輸。礦井通風(fēng)方式為兩翼對(duì)角式通風(fēng)。
礦井年工作日為330 d,工作制度為“三八”制。
一般部分共包括10章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質(zhì)特征;2.井田境界和儲(chǔ)量;3.礦井工作制度、設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限;4.井田開(kāi)拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式——采區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運(yùn)輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風(fēng)與安全;10.礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。
專題部分題目為淺談祁東礦6201工作面瓦斯抽采治理技術(shù)。
翻譯部分題目為極深條件下的高效長(zhǎng)壁采煤。
關(guān)鍵詞:立井開(kāi)拓,暗斜井延伸,兩翼對(duì)角式通風(fēng)。
ABSTRACT
The three parts is included in this design,i.e.,the general part, special subject part and translation.
The general part is a new design of QiDong mine with a production of 1.2 million t/a. QiDong mine lines in the southeast of SuZhou County, AnHui province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 9.2 km ,the width is about 5.0 km, well farmland total area is 35.4 km2. No. 61 is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 10~15°, 14° for average. The thickness of the mine is about 3.6m respectively. The geological conditions of the minefield is relatively simple.
The proved reserve of the minefield is 122.02 Mt. The recoverable reserve is 98.6 Mt. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 Mt/a, and the service life of the mine is 63.21 years. The normal water flow of the mine is 234 m3/h and the max flow of the mine is 360 m3/h. The relative gas emission rate of the mineral well is 12.76 m3/t, for high gas mineral well.
The well farmland is a double-level with a shaft to expand. The coal is transported by the belt conveyer in the main roadway and 1 t mine car is used as the auxiliary transportation equipment. The way of mine ventilation is two wing opposite angle type.
The working system “three-eight” is used in Qidong mine. It produces 330d/a.
This general part includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.Development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
Special subject part of topics is: On the extraction treatment technology for gas of the 6201 fully mechanized caving face in Qidong mine.
The title of the translation part is: High performance longwall extraction in large depth.
