鮑店煤礦 3.0 Mt/a 新井設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
一般部分針對鮑店煤礦進(jìn)行了井型為 3.0 Mt/a 的新井設(shè)計(jì)。鮑店煤礦位于山東兗州市 鄒城境內(nèi),井田走向長約 7.2 km,傾向長約 5.06 km,水平面積約 35.1 km2。主采煤層為 3
(3 上、3 下)煤層,平均傾角 8.9°,3 煤平均厚度 8.81 m。井田工業(yè)儲量為 399.267 Mt,可 采儲量 276.470 Mt,整個礦井服務(wù)年限為 70.89 a,一水平服務(wù)年限 50.57 a。礦井正常涌水
量為100 m3/h,最大涌水量為 300 m3/h;礦井相對瓦斯涌出量為 1.5 m3/t,屬瓦斯礦井。 根據(jù)井田地質(zhì)條件,設(shè)計(jì)采用立井兩水平采帶區(qū)式結(jié)合開拓,一水平標(biāo)高-375 m,二
水平標(biāo)高-500 m,在井田內(nèi)劃分四個采區(qū),五個帶區(qū)。軌道大巷、運(yùn)輸大巷皆為巖石大巷, 布置在 3 煤層底板巖層中。本礦井前期采用中央并列式通風(fēng),后期采用中央分列式(邊界 式)通風(fēng)。
針對北一帶區(qū)采用了帶區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式,共劃分 26 個分帶工作面,并進(jìn)行了運(yùn)煤、通風(fēng)、 運(yùn)料、排矸、供電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。
針對 3102 工作面進(jìn)行了采煤工藝設(shè)計(jì)。該工作面煤層平均厚度為 8.5 m,平均傾角 6.2°。 工作面采用放頂煤綜合機(jī)械化采煤法。采用雙滾筒采煤機(jī)割煤,往返一次割兩刀。采用“四 六制”工作制度,截深 0.8 m,每個循環(huán)進(jìn)尺 1.6 m,每天三個循環(huán),月推進(jìn)度 132 m。
大巷采用膠帶輸送機(jī)運(yùn)煤,輔助運(yùn)輸采用蓄電池式電機(jī)車牽引固定箱式礦車。主井采 用兩套帶平衡錘的 12 t 箕斗提煤,副井采用一對 1.5 t 礦車雙層四車窄罐籠和一個帶平衡錘 的 1.5 t 礦車雙層四車寬罐籠運(yùn)料和升降人員。
專題部分題目為《深部高溫礦井熱害治理技術(shù)研究》,詳細(xì)闡述了國內(nèi)外對于礦井熱 害理論、技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并針對現(xiàn)有理論不足,對井巷噴注隔熱材料新型井下主動降溫 方法作了初步實(shí)驗(yàn)探究。
翻譯部分題目為《Modeling and Simulation of the Underground Mining Transportation System》,主要介紹了系統(tǒng)仿真在大型地下煤礦運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型中的應(yīng)用情況。

ABSTRACT
The general part of the design is about a 3.0 Mt/a new underground mine design of Baodian coal mine. Baodian coal mine is located in Zouchen, Shangdong province. It’s about 7.2 km on the strike and 5.06 km on the dip, with the 35.1 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam is 3(3up、3down) with an average thickness of 8.81 m and an average dip of 8.9°. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 399.267Mt and the minable reserves are 276.470 Mt, with a mine life of 70.89a and the first level life 50.57a. The normal mine inflow is 100m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 300 m3/h. The mine gas emission rate is 1.5 m3/t which can be recognized as gas mine.
Based on the geological condition of the mine, this design uses a duel-vertical shaft two-level development method with combination of bands and districts style. The first level of elevation is located on -375 m, the second level of elevation is located on -500m, divided into four districts and five bands, and track roadway, belt conveyor roadway and return airway are all rock roadways, arranged in the floor rock of 3 coal seam. The pre method use central parallel ventilation and the post-mine ventilation is central-past ventilation (boundary type).
The design applies strip preparation against the first band of North One which divided into 26 stirps totally, and conducted coal conveyance, ventilation, gangue conveyance and electricity designing.
The design conducted coal mining technology design against the 3102 face. The coal seam average thickness of this working face is 8.5 m and the average dip is 6.2°. The working face applies top coal caving, and uses double drum shearer cutting coal which cuts twice each working cycle. "Four-Six" working system has been used in this design and the depth-web is 0.8 m, a working cycle is 1.6 m with three working cycles per day, and the advance of and the advance is 132 m per month.
Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and battery locomotive to be assistant transport. The main shaft uses double 12 t skips to lift coal with a balance hammer and the auxiliary shaft uses a twins narrow1.5 t four-car double-deck cage and a wide 1.5t four-car double-deck cage to lift material and personnel transportation.
The thematic segment entitled "Treatment Technologies for deep high-temperature mine heat damage, elaborating the research status quo at home and abroad to mine heat damage theory, technology, and based on lack of existing theory, a preliminary experiment to explore about new active cooling with insulation materials injection to underground roadway was conducted.
The title of the translated academic paper is “Modeling and Simulation of the Underground Mining Transportation System ", mainly introducing a system simulation to optimize the model in a large underground coal mine transport systems.
