中國礦業(yè)大學(xué) 2008 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 1 頁橋式轉(zhuǎn)載機橋式轉(zhuǎn)載機是綜合機械化采煤工作面運輸系統(tǒng)配套設(shè)備中的重要組成部分,在工作面運輸巷中接受工作面刮板輸送機卸下的煤流,不停頓地轉(zhuǎn)運到可伸縮帶式輸送機上去.橋式轉(zhuǎn)載機與工作面刮板輸送機機頭部同步推移,保證工作面采煤機連續(xù)采煤,實現(xiàn)綜采工作面的高產(chǎn)高效作業(yè).橋式轉(zhuǎn)載機是一種特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的刮板輸送機,其動力傳動系統(tǒng)及驅(qū)動裝置與刮板輸送機相似,其機身有一個坡道段和一段拱橋結(jié)構(gòu),可在帶式輸送機機尾段上面搭接.在后退式采煤工作面運輸巷中,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)載機推移到其拱橋段全部與帶式輸送機機尾段搭接疊的極限位置時,可伸縮帶式輸送機縮短一個搭接長度,帶式輸送機的機發(fā)展部移置到轉(zhuǎn)載機卸載機頭下方,轉(zhuǎn)載機又可隨工作面的推進而向前推移.轉(zhuǎn)載機是與大型綜采工作面設(shè)備配套使用的順槽輸送、轉(zhuǎn)載設(shè)備，完成把工作面輸送機送來的煤輸送、轉(zhuǎn)運到后續(xù)皮帶輸送設(shè)備上的任務(wù),并提供相應(yīng)的連接手段。設(shè)計要求與ZY2300 皮帶機自移機尾配套，以實現(xiàn)在2.3 米范圍內(nèi)整體移動而不必拆移皮帶機。與ZY2300 皮帶機自移機尾配合可更方便地調(diào)節(jié)皮帶機，增強了皮帶機與轉(zhuǎn)載機配合的協(xié)調(diào)性。本轉(zhuǎn)載機與SGZ1000/3000 型輸送機配套使用，運量可達4000 噸/小時，技術(shù)先進，工作可靠，是大型綜采配套設(shè)備的優(yōu)秀機型。中國礦業(yè)大學(xué) 2008 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 2 頁Bridge reversed loaderBridge reversed loader is a reprint of fully coal face ancillary equipment in the transport system an important part of the roadway in the face of the accepted face scraper conveyor unloading of coal flow, not halt the transfer to the retractable belt Conveyor boost.
