摘 要本次設計是圍繞節(jié)能、環(huán)保熱點來展開研究,設計了由 PLC 系統控制,液壓系統來完成動作的垃圾壓榨機。 本次課題選用液壓傳動來作為其動作裝置,具有傳統的液壓傳動的優(yōu)勢,如穩(wěn)定性好,傳動效率高。同時,也在系統中加入了監(jiān)測壓力表等設備,更好的保證了系統能穩(wěn)定的運行,同時也為維修提供了方便。在設計過程中,通過要求的壓力及流量等,選擇了當今標準液壓器件,以保證一旦設備出現故障,以便更換器件,保證工作連續(xù)性。由于此次設計的垃圾壓榨機工作環(huán)境比較差,需要的適應性強,可靠性高,抗干擾能力強的控制系統,所以本次課題的控制系統采用的是 C20P 系列 PLC。C20P 輸入輸出繼電器點數為 20 點其中輸入繼電器 12 點,輸出繼電器為 8 點。其中 3 個輸入點由行程開關控制,來保證動作位置。急停,啟動,停止各一個輸入點,還有一個壓力繼電器來控制快進轉工進的動作過程。輸出繼電器用來控制電磁閥的電磁鐵。關鍵字:液壓系統 垃圾處理 壓榨機 PLC ABSTRACTThis issue is a focus on energy saving, environmental protection and hot spots to expand the research, design by the PLC control system, hydraulic system to complete the movement of waste crushing machines.
