八方向汽車座椅結構設計摘要:電動座椅是利用電動機的動力來調(diào)整座椅前后的位置和靠背的傾斜度,自動適應不同體型的駕駛員與乘員的乘坐舒適性要求。因此本次設計基于蝸輪蝸桿傳動座椅前后可調(diào)、座椅前部高、座椅后部高低可調(diào)、靠背角度可調(diào)的八向可調(diào)經(jīng)濟型轎車電動座椅。主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)電動座椅水平移動系統(tǒng)方案和水平移動系統(tǒng)中蝸輪蝸桿的設計以及絲桿螺母傳動副的設計(2)電動座椅仰合系統(tǒng)方案的確定和仰合系統(tǒng)中蝸輪蝸桿的設計以及仰合系統(tǒng)中齒輪的設計(3)電動座椅升降系統(tǒng)的設計。關鍵字:電動座椅,蝸輪蝸桿,滾珠絲杠 Eight direction of the car seat structure designAbstract: The electric chair is to use the power of the motor to adjust the position of the seat and backrest of the front and rear tilt, automatically adapt to different size driver and occupant comfort requirements.
