Ⅰ摘 要目前,混泥土攪拌機(jī)在國(guó)內(nèi)外都有著飛速的發(fā)展,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在不斷提高。為了滿足市場(chǎng)需求,完善產(chǎn)品系列,適應(yīng)小型建筑施工和實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了此混泥土攪拌機(jī)。本課題主要研究立軸式混泥土攪拌機(jī)的工作原理以及攪拌機(jī)攪拌系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,對(duì)混泥土攪拌機(jī)的攪拌系統(tǒng)初步定型,并對(duì)攪拌系統(tǒng)的主要部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。主要設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)論如下:(1)攪拌機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案分析與總體設(shè)計(jì)本攪拌機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)是由機(jī)架、攪拌裝置、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)所主成。 機(jī)架是整個(gè)設(shè)備的支撐部分,由槽鋼和鋼管焊接而成。攪拌裝置由攪拌筒、攪拌軸、攪拌鏟片所主成,攪拌鏟片固定在攪拌臂上,并且與攪拌軸主成一體,攪拌鏟與攪拌筒底間隙可微量調(diào)整。傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、帶傳動(dòng)、鏈傳動(dòng)所組成。(2)攪拌裝置的設(shè)計(jì)攪拌裝置是安裝在軸套上的鏟片式葉片,葉片隨軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)而轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),對(duì)筒內(nèi)物料進(jìn)行攪拌,是物料混合均勻,攪拌臂向上伸出,可起到攪拌上方物料的作用。(3)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是由V帶傳動(dòng)和鏈傳動(dòng)來傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)的。電動(dòng)機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速通過 V帶傳動(dòng)傳遞到減速器,減速器又通過鏈傳動(dòng)將轉(zhuǎn)速傳遞給攪拌機(jī)的主軸,主軸帶動(dòng)軸套轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而使攪拌葉片旋轉(zhuǎn),來完成攪拌的工作。關(guān)鍵詞:攪拌機(jī);立軸;混泥土ⅡAbstractAt present, concrete mixer at home and abroad have a rapid development, international competitiveness in the continuous high.
