摘 要顆粒狀糖果包裝機設計是典型的機械系統(tǒng)設計,它不僅包括機構的尺寸、強度設計,還包括了傳動機械系統(tǒng)設計。本設計主要是針對圓臺柱狀巧克力糖的鋁箔紙包裝。設計主要內(nèi)容有:設計方案設計和傳動系統(tǒng)設計。包裝機主要實現(xiàn)巧克力糖的輸入、折邊、抄底邊、等等功能,直到最后由輸送帶輸出。整個系統(tǒng)功能實現(xiàn)中,機械手要實現(xiàn)的是夾糖、折邊、轉送等重要功能,因此對傳動系統(tǒng)設計,作為一個動作執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),動力是必不可少的,當然對動力的傳遞系統(tǒng)也就顯得尤其重要了。系統(tǒng)功能中要實現(xiàn)機械手轉位、送糖盤轉位、供紙、剪紙、抄紙、接糖、頂糖及撥糖等功能,它們都需要不同大小的動力,這就需要傳動系統(tǒng)的調節(jié)。如在機械手的轉位功能中,為實現(xiàn)間歇的轉位功能就得通過傳動鏈中的槽輪機構來實現(xiàn),該機構要保證機械手在轉到位后, 有一定的停留時間,從而為頂糖、接糖及撥糖功能的實現(xiàn)提供必要的機械動作執(zhí)行時間。設計好的包裝機機構正常的生產(chǎn)率為 120r/min。關鍵詞:包裝機; 巧克力糖包裝; 機械手。ABSTRAVTGranular candy packaging machine design is typical of mechanical systems design, it is not only the organization's size, strength design, including the design of the mechanical transmission system.
