摘 要隨著科學技術的迅猛發(fā)展,數(shù)控機床已經成為衡量一個國家機械制造工業(yè)水平的重要標志。數(shù)控化技術涉及機械、電子、以及控制等多門學科,是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)最主要的基礎技術和核心技術之一,是衡量一個國家機械裝備發(fā)展水平的重要標志。雖然這門學科還正處于發(fā)展階段,許多理論還處于研究和完善階段,但是它代表著機械工業(yè)技術革命的前沿方向,是綜合國力的又一具體體現(xiàn)。因此,我們應該重視該學科的研究,并大力發(fā)展這門學科,逐漸縮小與日美等發(fā)達國家的差距。數(shù)控車床的進給傳動系統(tǒng)一般均采用進給伺服系統(tǒng)。這也是數(shù)控車床區(qū)別于普通車床的一個特殊部分。提高伺服系統(tǒng)的技術性能和可靠性,對于數(shù)控機床具有重大意義,研究與開發(fā)高性能的伺服系統(tǒng)一直是現(xiàn)代數(shù)控機床的關鍵技術之一。本次設計是對 CK6140 車床的進給系統(tǒng)進行設計,此設計主要是結合國內的具體國情,針對于廣大的用戶所設計的。遠遠比不上那些外國的設備所達到的精度。當然,時代在發(fā)展,隨著我國的正和國力迅速攀升,在不久的將來那些精度要求比較高的數(shù)控設備一定出現(xiàn)在中國的大部分企業(yè)中。關鍵字: 發(fā)展趨勢 數(shù)控車床 進給伺服系統(tǒng) 滾珠絲桿 AbstractAlong with the science technical fast fierce development, number's controling tool machine has already become the important marking which measures a national machine manufacture industry level.
