2019-2020年四年級英語下冊 MODULE7 unit2(1)教案 外研版 Title Unite 2 Beijing is the Capital of China. New Lesson Two Period Learning Objects a. Key words and phrases: north, south b. Sentences: Beijing is the capital of China. c. Task aim: 1. Go on learning the position words, Learn about China and America from this. 2. Introduce some cities position and choose some cities to practice. Learning properties: map ,tape recorder ,pictures Design idea: Learn about some simple English expression. And let students learn a little about America in order to increase interesting and foster the students ‘consciousness of English. Procedures Step Ⅰ Warming Up 1. Singing a song together. 2. Choose your favorite country and describe it ( position capital nice city) 3. Teacher shows the picture of Beijing, Sanya, Washington, and San Francisco on TV. Step Ⅱ Presentation Q: Do you like Beijing? And look at it S: Describe it (position…) Q: There is a famous city in China, What is it / It’s very hot. S: Sanya and describe it. And use the same way to show Washington (to teach north, south, east, and west) We can use a map to learn four words. Step Ⅲ Consolidate Listen and match. Then point and say (consolidate to remember the four position words) Finish the part 1on Activity book. Give them 2’ to remember the new words and the meaning of it .Then finish the part 1 on Activity book. Check the answer in groups Point ,ask and answer Show some pictures on TV.( on the blackboard) Step Ⅳ Practice A: Where is New York? B: It’s in the east. ( Look at pictures and describe the position of it ) Show a map of China and deal with the part 3 on activity book. Step Ⅴ Game Do you have a friend? If you have, please draw her / his house .And tell us where is his / her house? (Practice “I live in Beijing. My friend lives in …) StepⅥ Summary 1. Practice to read and remember the new words .( look at the phonetic symbol and say them out) 2. Important sentences ( make a simple translation) Step Ⅶ Home work Make some sentences like the module ones. ( Chinese, speak , China) People speak English in America. ( capital , Beijing , China ) Washing ton is the capital of America. Teaching time: Forty minutes. Ⅵ. Teaching steps: (I). Organizations: A. Sing a song of “ I am the music man.” B. Greetings. (Ⅱ). Revision: A. Review the useful expressions of “ Where is…? It’s in the….”: Teacher says, “ Hello, boys and girls. I am a teacher. I e from Xiamen. Where are you from?” to ask some students to answer “ I’m from Xiamen.” Teacher then say, “ Yes. Most of us are from Xiamen. Look at the map of Xiamen. Where is…?” to let students answer “ It’s in the east/ west/ south/ north.” ( Ⅲ). Presentation: A. Give the task: In last period, I have introduced Daming’s project to you. And in this period, I’m also going to introduce four projects to you. They are Lingling’s, Sam’s, Amy’s and Daming’s. B. Teacher says, “ Look at the pictures, listen to the tape and answer the questions of “ How many projects are there? C. Present Picture 1 and listen to the tape, then answer, “ What’s the capital of China? Where is it?” Then talk about Beijing. D. Present Picture 2 and listen to the tape ,then answer, “ Is Sanya a famous city? Where is it?” Then talk about Sanya. E. Present Picture 3 and listen to the tape, then ask some students to ask some questions about Washington D.C. . F. Present Picture 4 and listen to the tape, then ask some students to ask some questions about San Francisco. G. Listen ,point and imitate. H. Listen and repeat. I. Introduce teacher’s project about Brazil. (a). Teacher introduces, “ This is my project. It’s about Brazil. It’s very big. The map looks like a head. Look, this is the eye. This is the nose. This is the mouth. This is the neck. Would you like to know something more about Brazil?” (b). Listen to the tape and call out “ Stop!” when they hear “ east/ west/ south/ north.” (c). Listen to the tape for one more time. (d) Answer teacher’s questions “ Where is Boa Vista/ Brasilia/ Rio Grande/ Rio Branco.” (e). Listen to the tape and answer, “ What is the capital of Brazil? Is it very young?” (f). Listen and imitate. (Ⅲ). Consolidation: A. Let each group introduce their own projects. B. Ask three or four groups to introduce their projects and ask other groups to ask them some questions. (Ⅳ). Homework: A. Practise the expressions of “Where is…?It’s in the ….” B. Listen to the tape of M7, U2 for three times and imitate. C. Talk about your project in your group and in other groups. D. If you want to know more , you can read the 21st Century Teens. Teaching notes: NSE B4, M7, U 2教學設計思路 三亞市第九小學 羅更覺 一、 教材分析: 本堂課使用的教材是由外語教學與研究出版社出版的New Standard English (供三年級起始用)第四冊M7,U2 Beijing is the capital of China. 和由中國日報社主辦的21世紀少年英文報04—05學年第27期,總第75期的第4版奇妙世界(Magic World) 的Ella游世界—— Flying to Brazil 飛向巴西。 B4,M7,U2的主要語言功能是陳述地理知識,初步了解三個城市:北京,三亞,哥倫比亞特區(qū)華盛頓和舊金山以及它們的所在位置。本單元的主要語言結構是:Beijing is the capital of China. Washington D.C. is the capital of America. Sanya/ San Francisco is a famous city. It’s in the east/ west/ south/ north.本單元的運用任務是了解與美國有很多相似的國家——巴西,和以小組為單位介紹本組的綜合實踐活動,并與老師,同學們進行挑戰(zhàn),評出最佳代表隊,參加即將到來的“六一”節(jié)文藝匯演。 二、 教學設計意圖: 我校地處廈門東部,是廈門島內的一個農(nóng)村小學,學校各方面的硬件設施較不完善,可利用的課程資源極為有限;生源較差,大部分是農(nóng)民或是漁民的子女,學生手頭上的學習資料較缺乏。因此,21世紀少年英文報對他們來說真可謂是“雪中送炭”。所以,我從我校的客觀實際出發(fā),以興趣為支點,充分調動學生的學習興趣,激發(fā)他們的求知欲,有機地結合主教材和21世紀少年英文報,充分地利用課程資源。 本堂課是B4, M7的第二課時。教學目標是在第一課時的基礎上,繼續(xù)學習和了解美國的地理知識以及拓展學習北京,三亞和其他城市,國家的相關知識,談論各個小組的綜合實踐活動并與其他小組進行挑戰(zhàn)。教學重點是復習、鞏固句型 “Where is …? It’s in the ….” 教學難點是談論各自小組的綜合實踐活動并聽懂其他組的介紹以及向介紹的同學提出問題。因此,我是這樣設計的:課前唱1首歌曲,既復習了所學知識,又營造了良好的英語學習氛圍,接著師生問候,體現(xiàn)和諧、平等的師生關系,再由歌曲引出廈門,展示廈門地圖復習方位詞:east, west ,south, north。運用任務型教學法,提出本堂課的學習任務——本堂課老師將向同學們介紹四個綜合實踐活動,并介紹自己關于巴西的綜合實踐活動,以及請各小組同學介紹自己本組的綜合實踐活動,與其他組進行挑戰(zhàn),評出最佳小組,代表本班參加“六一”節(jié)節(jié)目匯演。接著學習M7,U2。課文的教學以“聽”為主(共4遍),引導“說”,循序漸進,逐步擴展,層層深入,激發(fā)學生的求知欲,培養(yǎng)學生的聽說能力,讓學生的思維在聽說訓練中得到發(fā)展,成就感得到滿足,主體地位得到體現(xiàn)。然后充分并合理地利用教學資源——21世紀少年英文報,學習,了解與美國有很多相似之處的國家,巴西,使本堂課的學習由課內拓展到課外,使課外鞏固課內,既擴大了學生的知識面,又鞏固了所學知識。接著再讓各個小組介紹自己本組的綜合實踐活動,并能流利地回答其他組同學的提問,評出最佳組,培養(yǎng)學生的語言運用能力。最后,分層次地布置作業(yè),讓學生利用課余時間,合理地利用學習資源——21世紀少年英文報,閱讀,學習和摘抄自己喜歡的城市或國家。- 配套講稿:
