摘 要本次設(shè)計(jì)參照了太原煤科院研制生產(chǎn)的 EBJ-120TP 型掘進(jìn)機(jī),這是一種中型懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī),主要用于中型煤巷及半煤巖巷的掘進(jìn)作業(yè)。它結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、適應(yīng)性好、機(jī)身矮、重心低、操作簡(jiǎn)單、檢修方便。我的設(shè)計(jì)主要針對(duì)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的行走部進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)及傳動(dòng)等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)中采用履帶式行走部,驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)力由液壓馬達(dá)提供,利用液壓馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向變化實(shí)現(xiàn)行走部前進(jìn)、后退和轉(zhuǎn)向。在行走部傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)中,采用高速直聯(lián)液壓馬達(dá)接一級(jí)圓柱直齒輪傳動(dòng)再接 3K(Ⅱ)型行星傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過(guò)制動(dòng)器并將它和液壓馬達(dá)聯(lián)結(jié),制動(dòng)器內(nèi)圈懸浮,既起到制動(dòng)功能又起聯(lián)軸器作用,源頭制動(dòng)使制動(dòng)性能更可靠。本設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):用制動(dòng)器替代了聯(lián)軸器。減速器安裝時(shí)左右兩側(cè)的減速器對(duì)調(diào) 180 度錯(cuò)開(kāi)布置。充分利用空間,使結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。關(guān)鍵詞:懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī) ;行走部 ;行星減速器 ;制動(dòng)器 ; 行星齒輪ABSTRACTThis design References the EBJ-120TP tunneling machine which is designed by Coal Science Research Institute in Taiyuan. It is one kind of medium cantilever tunneling machine which is mainly used in the medium coal lane and the half coal crag lane digging the tunnels, its structure compact, the compatibility good, the fuselage short, the center of gravity low, the operation simple, the overhaul is convenient. My design mainly aims at the tunneling machine’s walks-organization. I try to carry on the design of its structure and transmission.It uses marching walks organization, the actuation power provides by the oil motor, using the change of the oil motor’s rotation direction to make the walks-organization advance, retrocede, and turn. In the transmission design of the walks organization, using High-speed hydraulic motor to connect a pair of cylindrical Gear then connect a 3 K (II) type planetary gear, and uses the brake to link hydraulic motors Brake Inner Ring suspended can brake and link, and the source of more reliable braking performance. The innovation in designing: Use braking instead of coupling; when reducer is installed ,at each side of the reducer reversed 180 degrees staggered layout.
