內(nèi)容提要內(nèi)燃機(jī)的發(fā)明,帶動(dòng)了汽車的發(fā)展,給世人在“行”上帶來極大的便利,使得窨距離縮小,人們的工作速度得以提高。內(nèi)燃機(jī)是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的一種。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是把某種形式的能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能的機(jī)器。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是汽車、拖拉機(jī)、飛機(jī)和船舶等動(dòng)力機(jī)械的動(dòng)力之源,是它們的“心臟” ,其性能是決定這些機(jī)器使用性能好壞的關(guān)鍵。往復(fù)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)由于受自身結(jié)構(gòu)的限制,已經(jīng)不太適用于高轉(zhuǎn)速、大功率的工作場(chǎng)合。通過對(duì)往復(fù)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與旋轉(zhuǎn)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)與工作原理進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析后。作者試求設(shè)計(jì)一種能夠結(jié)合往復(fù)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與旋轉(zhuǎn)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)特點(diǎn)于一身的新型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)——擺動(dòng)活塞式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。首先,針對(duì)擺動(dòng)活塞式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作原理進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析。這種新型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)既具備傳統(tǒng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu),又具備了旋轉(zhuǎn)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)特性。它利用扇形活塞轉(zhuǎn)子在一定角度范圍內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)的擺動(dòng),通過活塞銷帶動(dòng)曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng),最終將力傳到曲軸上作為動(dòng)力輸出。其次,針對(duì)擺動(dòng)活塞式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。即主要針對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的重要傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)——曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計(jì),其中包括發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣缸、燃燒室、活塞連桿組以及曲軸等部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析。最后,借鑒目前廣泛使用的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)輔助機(jī)構(gòu)——冷卻系統(tǒng)與潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)。對(duì)冷卻與潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及部件進(jìn)行分析介紹,以致能充分完善發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。關(guān)鍵詞:發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī);擺動(dòng)式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī);掃氣作用;浮式連接;包瓦現(xiàn)象;平衡重Content summaryThe internal combustion engine invention, has led the automobile development, on brings the enormous convenience for the common people in “the line“, causes the basement distance to reduce, people's working speed can enhance.
