液壓升降橫移立體車庫的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
隨著社會的發(fā)展,人口的急劇增長,土地越來越稀缺,可是科學(xué)在進(jìn)步,科技在發(fā)展,隨著城市的進(jìn)步,車輛的增多,交通越來越不便,當(dāng)車成為人類主要的代步工具后,停車問題也日益嚴(yán)重,如果按照以前的做法,一個(gè)車停一個(gè)位置,那樣對于土地的利用是不是很浪費(fèi),所以,關(guān)于設(shè)計(jì)立體車庫提上日程。
立體停車庫是專門的實(shí)現(xiàn)各種車輛自動(dòng)停放以科學(xué)寄存的倉儲設(shè)備。機(jī)械式立體停車庫可充分的利用土地資源,發(fā)揮空間的優(yōu)勢,最大限度的停放大量車輛,已經(jīng)成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問題重要途徑。本課題以較典型的液壓升降橫移式立體車庫為研究對象,綜合的考慮立體車庫制造成本和運(yùn)行效率的雙重因素。而液壓系統(tǒng)與傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)相比,由于具有更精確,重量輕、體積小、運(yùn)動(dòng)慣性小、反應(yīng)速度快、工作平穩(wěn)、操縱控制方便、可實(shí)現(xiàn)大范圍無級調(diào)速、可自動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過載保護(hù)、當(dāng)采用電液聯(lián)合控制后,不但可實(shí)現(xiàn)更高程度的自動(dòng)控制的過程,而且可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控等很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為立體車庫傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的首要選擇,本設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括立體停車庫機(jī)械系統(tǒng)原理設(shè)計(jì),液壓系統(tǒng)微推送力確定等。通過電機(jī)鏈條實(shí)現(xiàn)載車平臺的平移升降,液壓缸實(shí)現(xiàn)載車平臺的微平移,實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的存取過程。實(shí)現(xiàn)立體車庫占用空間少,存取方便的功能。
因?yàn)槠洫?dú)特的特點(diǎn),立體車庫被廣泛用于,酒店,醫(yī)院,商場,機(jī)關(guān)單位和居民樓小區(qū)內(nèi)。
液壓升降橫移式立體停車庫組成部分,大概可分為三大部分:車庫結(jié)構(gòu)部分、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)部分中,分為兩個(gè)部分,一個(gè)是鏈傳動(dòng)的橫移部分,一個(gè)是液壓傳動(dòng)的升降部分,主要對傳動(dòng)軸和液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì)提出改造方案,并從理論上提出改造的依據(jù)。停車庫傳動(dòng)形式是液壓升降橫移式立體停車庫傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的核心問題,因而對傳動(dòng)形式進(jìn)行討論,并且進(jìn)行選擇和校核。

Abstract

In this paper the static hydraulic up-down and Translation Stereo garage is typical for the object of study, considering the three-dimensional garage manufacturing costs and the efficiency of the two factors. Compared with the traditional hydraulic system and mechanical system, because of its light weight, small volume, low inertia, fast response speed, stable operation, convenient control, can achieve a wide range of stepless speed regulation, can To achieve automatic overload protection, when using electrical and hydraulic control, not only can realize the automatic control of a higher degree, but also can realize remote control and many other advantages, become the first choice of transmission system of stereo garage, the main contents of the design include the
principle of mechanical system design of parking machine, hydraulic system of lifting force determination achieve translation vehicle platform through the motor chain, the hydraulic cylinder up-down loading platform, realize the access process of the vehicle. To achieve three-dimensional garage occupies less space and convenient access functions.

Hydraulic lifting andtransferring garage part, probably can be divided into three parts: the garage structure parts, transmission parts and control system. The transmission structure part, is divided into two parts, one is the sliding part of the chain drive, a lifting part of hydraulic transmission, the main design of transmission shaft and the hydraulic cylinder of the proposed scheme, and puts forward the transformation from theoretical basis. Parking transmission form is the core problem of hydraulic lifting andtransferring garage transmission mechanism, so the transmission forms are discussed, and the choice and check.
