摘 要
本文闡述了一小型螺桿壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。簡(jiǎn)述了螺桿壓縮機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作過(guò)程、主要特點(diǎn)和分類(lèi)。分析了型線的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,轉(zhuǎn)子的幾何特性和熱力性能的計(jì)算方法。
本文在分析型線設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,幾何特性和熱力性能計(jì)算方法的基礎(chǔ)上,選取單邊不對(duì)稱(chēng)擺線-銷(xiāo)齒圓弧型線作為該螺桿壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的型線,運(yùn)用MATLAB等工具,進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,得到型線方程和型線草圖,并且完成了幾何性能計(jì)算和熱力性能計(jì)算。在完成轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行受力分析,運(yùn)用各種分析軟件選取軸承等零件。在完成計(jì)算工作和零件選取后,應(yīng)用SolidWorks軟件,建立了螺桿壓縮機(jī)各個(gè)零件的三維模型,并進(jìn)行裝配,完成螺桿壓縮機(jī)的三維造型。應(yīng)用Adams軟件,對(duì)從SolidWorks中導(dǎo)入的裝配體建立運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,這樣能夠形象直觀的說(shuō)明問(wèn)題。

Abstract
This paper described the design process of a small screw compressor, which outlined the basic structure of the screw compressor, the working process, the main characteristics and classification. This paper also analyzed the design process of lines, the geometry features of the rotor and the calculation method of thermodynamic property.
Based on the analysis of the design process of lines, geometric characteristics and calculation methods of thermal performance, this paper selected the unilateral asymmetry cycloid - sales arc tooth profile of the screw compressor rotor type lines for analysis and calculation using MATLAB and other tools. After above steps, the equation-based and sketch-based line are given the calculation of geometry features and thermal performance are also made. On the basis of rotor design, this paper gave stress analysis and selected bearing and other parts using a variety of analysis software to. Afterwards, the paper established three-dimensional models of the various parts of the screw compressor and carried out the assembly to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the screw compressor. With the application of ADAMS, the paper established motion simulation of the assembly imported from SOLIDWORKS, which could explain the issue vividly and intuitively.
