錐齒輪的注塑模的設(shè)計
摘要
本設(shè)計的題目是錐齒輪零件的塑料注塑模設(shè)計，從圖紙上分析：該塑件整體外形回轉(zhuǎn)體，且符合最小壁厚要求，壁厚也較均勻。塑件不僅要在徑向收縮，并且在切向方向上的齒厚也會收縮。
根據(jù)塑件的特點，模具型芯在動模部分。開模后，塑件應(yīng)收縮包緊型芯，而
留在動模部分，利用定模座板上的側(cè)凹和拉料桿將點澆口凝料拉斷，利用拉桿進行第2次分型，將凝料從拉料桿上拉出，最后利用推管將制件推出。
對合導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)的功能是保證動定模部分能夠準確對合，使分別加工在動模和定模上的成型表面在模具閉合后形成形狀和尺寸準確的腔體，從而保證塑件形狀，壁厚和尺寸的準確，該模具采用導(dǎo)柱對合導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)。導(dǎo)柱和型芯一起安裝在動模一側(cè)，這樣在合模時可起保護作用。
