摘 要
本次所做的是輸油管接頭模具，該模具是以三板式模具為模板，根據塑件的尺寸，確定模具型腔的尺寸，從而確定型芯尺寸及氣體尺寸。
塑料注射的設計過程，其中的設計內容有零件的工藝性編制：塑件的工藝性分析、塑件的體積和質量計算及注射機參數的確定；結構設計：分型面選擇、型腔數確定、型腔的排列方式、澆口設計、側向分型抽芯機構設計、推出及復位機構方式確定；型芯、型腔尺寸計算；模具加熱和冷卻系統計算；模具閉合高度確定；注射機有關參數的校核； 如此設計出的結構可確保模具工作運用可靠。最后對模具結構與注射機的匹配進行了校核。并用AUTOCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。
