電梯控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：電梯是一種特殊的起重設(shè)備，在運(yùn)行中不但具有動(dòng)能，而且具有勢(shì)能。電梯驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)常處在正轉(zhuǎn)和反轉(zhuǎn)、起動(dòng)和制動(dòng)過(guò)程中。電梯由轎廂及配重、拖動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)及減速傳動(dòng)機(jī)械、井道及井道設(shè)備、召喚系統(tǒng)及安全裝置構(gòu)成。轎廂是載人或裝貨的部位，配重是為了改變電梯電動(dòng)機(jī)負(fù)載的特性以提高電梯安全性而設(shè)置的。電梯的運(yùn)行要求穩(wěn)定、可靠、安全，用PLC完成對(duì)電梯系統(tǒng)的控制是十分合適的。
