摘要
滾筒式清洗機(jī)是借圓形滾筒的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使原料在其中不斷地翻轉(zhuǎn)，同時(shí)用水管噴射高壓水來(lái)沖洗翻動(dòng)的原料，以達(dá)到清洗目的。污水和泥沙由滾筒的網(wǎng)孔經(jīng)底部集水斗排出。該機(jī)適合清洗柑橘，橙，馬鈴薯等質(zhì)地較硬的物料。本滾筒式清洗機(jī)，是一種比較實(shí)用的食品初加工機(jī)械，它是由機(jī)架、電機(jī)、皮帶傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、減速器、聯(lián)軸器、鏈輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、軸承、螺旋式滾筒、沖洗水管、擋料板、出料機(jī)構(gòu)組成。電機(jī)、減速器固定在機(jī)架上，電機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)與減速機(jī)相連，減速機(jī)通過(guò)聯(lián)軸器與小鏈輪相連，大鏈輪帶動(dòng)滾筒上的摩擦輪而使得滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，滾筒內(nèi)部有螺旋導(dǎo)板，在旋轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)，帶動(dòng)食品排出，本新型滾筒式清洗機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、能耗低、工作可靠、制造成本低和節(jié)約用水的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
