摘 要
汽車新技術(shù)發(fā)展十分迅速,在汽車工程上的應(yīng)用越來越普遍.而相關(guān)高校及社會技術(shù)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)在汽車新技術(shù)教學(xué)中大多以理論為主,相應(yīng)新技術(shù)、新結(jié)構(gòu)為主的實(shí)踐教學(xué)手段嚴(yán)重滯后,不僅不能與汽車領(lǐng)域廣泛推出的汽車新技術(shù)同步,更跟不上汽車新技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展.為此,研制了豐田1ZZ—FE型電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)臺,希望能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)提供有益的幫助結(jié)合我校豐田技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)的要求,本設(shè)計(jì)以豐田花冠1ZZ-FE發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為藍(lán)本,設(shè)計(jì)制造出具有故障診斷以及教學(xué)功能演示的綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺,可以結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺可以進(jìn)行故障設(shè)置,診斷并且進(jìn)行信號測試,數(shù)據(jù)流分析等。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要是針對豐田1ZZ-FE發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行展開,首先介紹了1ZZ-FE發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理及運(yùn)行情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種以教學(xué)為目的的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對它的教學(xué)目的,該實(shí)驗(yàn)臺的特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)相對較為簡單,實(shí)驗(yàn)臺設(shè)有檢測端子和自診斷接口,便于在教學(xué)過程中,讓學(xué)生直觀了解并通過設(shè)置故障增強(qiáng)其動(dòng)手能力,以達(dá)到良好的教學(xué)效果。

ABSTRACT
Automobile new technology is developing very rapidly, and the application in automobile engineering is becoming more and more common. And the related universities and technical training institutions in society with new technology in the teaching theory, corresponding most of new technology, new structure of practice teaching, not only means lag in auto field widely launch new technology synchronization of the car, car more with the rapid development of new technology is developed. Therefore, Toyota 1ZZ-FE type electronic-controlled engine simulation platform, hopes to provide relevant teaching organization with our good help of Toyota technology training requirement, the design with Toyota corolla 1ZZ - FE, design and manufacture of engine with fault diagnosis and the function of teaching demonstration experiment platform, can be combined experimental fault diagnosis can be set, and signal test, data flow analysis, etc.
The design is mainly directed against Toyota 1ZZ-FE engine to start, first of all introduced the 1ZZ-FE engine 's internal structure, working principle and operation. On this basis, a teaching of the engine for the purpose of test-bed design. For the purpose of teaching it, the test-bed structure is characterized by relatively simple test-bed has a detection terminal and self-diagnostic interface to facilitate the process of teaching to enable students to understand and intuitive fault by setting the hands to strengthen their capacity in order to achieve good teaching effectiveness.
