摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)是在研究觀察了現(xiàn)有的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)拆裝臺(tái)架，通過對(duì)汽車企業(yè)、學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有
設(shè)備以及通過互連網(wǎng)的搜索，對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)形式、構(gòu)造組成、功能以及安裝特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)拆裝臺(tái)架大多是功能比較單一的類型，這些性能單一的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)架存在著費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)力、效率低發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)支撐不穩(wěn)定、拆裝過程中觀察發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不便等問題。無論是汽車維修企業(yè)還是學(xué)校都需要一種功能比較齊全的，便于拆裝發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)以及觀察發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)拆裝臺(tái)架。而多功能發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)拆裝試驗(yàn)臺(tái)就能很好的解決這一問題。
