JSDB-140雙速多用絞車,jsdb,多用,絞車 摘 要 雙速多用絞車是礦山輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備的一種，利用鋼絲繩循環(huán)往復(fù)工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)井下工作設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸功能。因其安裝方便、操作簡單、投資少、費(fèi)用低、運(yùn)輸距離長及運(yùn)輸連續(xù)性等優(yōu)勢，在煤礦生產(chǎn)中，作為主運(yùn)輸或輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備占有較大的比例。但是目前煤礦上使用的絞車大部分還處于五六十年代的水平，牽引力小，功能簡單，功率小，效率低。盡管一些煤礦對其進(jìn)行的技術(shù)改造，但仍然滿足不了當(dāng)前礦井發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)的需要。為了進(jìn)一步做好絞車的改進(jìn)工作，本文設(shè)計了一種新型的輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備：JSDB-140型雙速多用絞車。 JSDB-140型雙速多用絞車主要有電動機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、變速器、卷筒、底座等組成，整個系統(tǒng)配置的方便靈活，外形尺寸小，使用方便，價格較低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到越來越多礦井的歡迎。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于將沿用多年的縱向排布結(jié)構(gòu)改為橫向?qū)ΨQ結(jié)構(gòu)，這對于工作空間限制極大的礦井生產(chǎn)帶來了方便，給工人操作和運(yùn)輸提供了便利。同時安裝絞車底座呈雪橇狀，在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場自移平穩(wěn)方便，而且絞車重心低，底座剛性好。 文中首先對絞車運(yùn)輸?shù)默F(xiàn)狀及其在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況和運(yùn)輸過程中的傳動系統(tǒng)圖進(jìn)行了簡要說明；其次詳細(xì)地說明了該絞車的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和減速器傳動結(jié)構(gòu)的原理，并對該絞車減速器和滾筒裝置中各部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計、計算和校核，經(jīng)校核計算得出各部件強(qiáng)度均滿足要求；附錄部分附寫了該絞車在井下的安裝示意圖，該絞車的相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)和軸承、齒輪及配用電器的參數(shù)等。 關(guān)鍵詞: 雙速多用絞車 ；新型 ； 礦山輔助運(yùn)輸;滾筒 ABSTRACT Two-speed multi purpose winch is mine auxiliary transport of equipment, the use of rope work cycle, Underground work equipment to achieve the transport functions.
