摘 要
本文首先介紹反擊式破碎機(jī)的發(fā)展概況,應(yīng)用和特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合目前市面出現(xiàn)的幾種破碎機(jī)的種類,介紹了它們的工作原理,分析他們的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),得出我所設(shè)計(jì)的可逆反擊式破碎機(jī)。文中重點(diǎn)闡述了可逆反擊式破碎機(jī)的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)組成及設(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)鍵部件的選擇及其設(shè)計(jì)三部分內(nèi)容,其次還進(jìn)行各主要零件強(qiáng)度的校核計(jì)算。其中,可逆反擊式破碎機(jī)由轉(zhuǎn)子,上蓋,底座,后架四大部分組成,上蓋既是破碎機(jī)的外殼,又是與內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)相輔相成的組成部分,上蓋內(nèi)部的襯板對(duì)于石料破碎的粒度和破碎機(jī)的工作效率起到至關(guān)重要的作用。上蓋的設(shè)計(jì)既要要求外形的美觀又要具有實(shí)用性,一臺(tái)機(jī)器外觀設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)于花俏會(huì)造成加工工藝復(fù)雜、制造成本上升,過(guò)于臃腫,會(huì)造成運(yùn)輸困難的同時(shí)也增加了制造的成本。我在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中著眼于功能性,節(jié)約材料,機(jī)身輕便,外形大方幾個(gè)方面,特別是制作材料的選取,選擇的材料要兼具經(jīng)濟(jì)性和耐用性。

Abstract
This paper first introduces the development of the impact crusher, application and characteristics. Combined with the current market Several types of crushers, introduced their working principle, analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, and obtained the reversible crusher I designed. This paper focuses on the working principle, structure and design of the reversible impact crusher and the selection of the key components and the design of the three parts, followed by the main parts of the strength of the check. The cost of manufacturing is too bloated and can cause the transportation difficulties and increase the manufacturing cost. I focus on the design process in the functional, saving materials, body light, generous aspects of several aspects, especially the production of materials selection, the choice of materials to both economic and durability.
